Our production timelines around the festive break:

1. Rigid Boxes: Orders placed between 6th–22nd October will begin dispatching from 23rd October onwards.
2. All Other Products: Orders placed up to 9th October will be processed and shipped by 17th October. After that, production will resume from 23rd October onwards.

For orders placed between 15th–22nd October, our team will be available in a limited capacity, so we request your patience with responses and order updates. If processing on your order has not yet begun, you may also request a refund during this period.

Please note: We’ll still be accepting orders throughout the festive break, only our processing & dispatch timelines will be affected. You can continue to place your orders as usual.

We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays during the festive period.
